Unite against COVID-19

If you or someone you know needs help to access food, groceries, heating or other essentials, we can help via our 0800 884 222 call centre for Bay of Plenty residents. Anyone can call us between 9am to 5pm, 7 days a week. This service is intended for those that are especially vulnerable or that can’t get help through their family, friends or usual support networks. This includes older people, those that are disabled or unwell, those that are facing financial hardship, live in isolated areas, and/or that have limited internet or transport access.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

If you develop symptoms of COVID-19 like a cough, fever, shortness of breath, sneezing or a runny nose, you should call your Doctor or Medical Centre.

Social Activities

We organise activities and events to help those who need healthy social contact. Our volunteers provide a positive and stimulating environment that encourages participation and creates renewed confidence, happiness and lasting relationships with both our volunteers and our elderly.
